3rd. Anthology of Poetry Rayentrú

the 3rd . Poetry Anthology Rayentrú

Rayentrú Literary Magazine (14 years and the dissemination of literature, with 27 issues published to date), invites all poets to participate in the 3rd. Poetry Anthology Rayentrú .

This project falls within the criteria of co-edition, which considers some conditions governing both publications.

BASES


1 .- The anthology (book) include 20 authors , photography and bio-bibliographic review (name, place and year of birth, publications, awards and honors, if any).

2 .- Each author agrees to purchase a minimum of books, according to the number of pages to publish:

a) .- 8 pages: 40 books total: $ 80,000

b) .- 6 pages: 30 books total: $ 60,000

c) .- 4 pages: 20 books total: $ 40,000


3 .- The theme for Anthology of poetry, is free, but texts are not acceptable with contents that violate ethical or that violate religions or people.

4 .- The poems to be published should be sent in a single file-Word format (DOC) - to author details (name, address, e-mail and telephone) and small bio-bibliographic review (publications, awards, if any), giving faith sent the texts are written by him and mentioning that authorizes post in Rayentrú Anthology, e-mail: revistarayentru @ yahoo . is , attaching photo (JPG file).

5 .- The deadline to send texts expires on January 15, 2008 (Just 5 seats).

6 .- Upon receipt of texts, and if selected, will be communicated to the author (via e-mail or phone), it will give the Account No. and bank to deposit the equivalent of books committed to its acquisition.

7 .- The texts will be submitted to spell checking, and if necessary a correction will be notified to the author for approval.

8 .- The authors based in the Metropolitan Region should remove the books in our editorial office in Santiago. In those regions, or abroad, will be sent by parcel, out of the author.

9.-Each author, if deemed appropriate, is responsible for making the Registry of Intellectual Property of their texts.

10 .- Once the number of authors who will be in Anthology of Poetry, made and approved the text, the book enter into the editing process (layout, design, original clothing, printing, etc..) and will be available to the authors 30 days or so.

11 .- Leutún Rayentrú Magazine Publishing and reserve the right to select authors and poems, and have the order they will be distributed in the anthology.

12 .- There will be a public presentation of the anthology.

ETHICS ELECTORAL PACT

parties, political movements and social organizations understand that the realization of free elections, transparent and participatory to reflect the will of citizens, are a special time to deepen democracy in our country. In this spirit we signed the following Electoral Ethics Pact:

1. The political parties and movements categorically renounce the use of violence as a way of doing politics and reject the violent actions in all its manifestations, including intimidation and repressive private mechanisms. 4. State resources should not be used, directly or indirectly, in favor of parties and political movements and candidates, with the exception of funding provided by law. To this extent the political parties and movements undertake not to resort to practices that guide these resources to finance or promote their political activities, to report to the authorities and to punish such conduct in accordance with its internal regulations. 8. Social organizations are committed to promote citizen participation, to actively cooperate in observing the electoral process to promote a culture of complaint against electoral crimes and ensure the enforceability and enforcement of this Electoral Ethics Pact.

10. 18. The environment must be respected in all electoral activities should therefore avoid all propaganda activities involving visual and auditory pollution and to perform in accordance with legal regulations.

19. All stakeholders in electoral processes should ensure the safety of national and international election observers will report on any threat or risk.

EXHORTATION
Electoral Observation Mission asks the media to disseminate and continuously support the validity of this Electoral Ethics Pact, so that citizens know it, assimilate and work with your implementation. Also sponsoring the democratic debate of ideas and programs and to always maintain openness and respect for all party options, encouraging transparency and fairness.

urge the National Electoral Council to discharge its responsibilities with absolute impartiality, honesty, probity, transparency and efficiency in all stages of the electoral process, and express their willingness to enforce this Electoral Ethics Pact.

invite all citizens, civic organizations and the general public to support and monitor the Electoral Ethics Pact.

urge Parties and Political Movements internally adopt mechanisms for the continuing relevance of the principles of the Electoral Ethics Pact, so they are known and respected for their membership.

ELECTORAL PACT ETHICS PRESENTATION

the organizations that constitute the Electoral Observation Mission Corporation, the Platform for Democracy and Against War and National Platform for Free Elections in Colombia have proposed an initial oversight process and observations covering at least 15 major cities in the legislative elections of 12 March and the first-round presidential elections on 28 May 2006.
